Brian, a boy on Earth, becomes multi-colored when he walks into a rainbow, so Rainbow Brite must bring him to Rainbow Land to set things right. While in Rainbow Land, Brian has the adventure of his life, helping foil one of Murky Dismal's evil plots to steal her color belt.
